Metro Building Services is a privately owned and operated Colorado Corporation. Founded in 1982, MBS provides professional commercial property maintenance and management with emphasis in janitorial and custodial cleaning, floor and carpet care, and custodial supplies and cleaning products.

All employees for MBS are thoroughly screened prior to placement. MBS utilizes a direct computer link to Colorado Court System and Background Information Systems which allows us to perform background checks prior to hiring. MBS accounts for labor distribution by the use of a state of the art computerized labor tracking and management system developed by Veloci-Tek LLC. Expanded Service For Our Customers
MBS has expanded its services to include facilities management which spans full janitorial services, floor and carpet care, supplies and products, and basic building maintenance and repair. By doing so MBS can provide a full range of services which allows our clients to take care of their business while we take care of their facility.

MBS can provide services based on either contract rate or hourly rate for the cleaning of your facility. Hourly rates can be figured in a varity of ways in order to provide only those services you request based on the number of hours needed to perform those duties. By doing so MBS can accommodate your cleaning needs and your budget. Additional work you request can then be billed on a time and material basis. .
